Marketing & Communication Manager

The CMI clinic of Alain Carpentier Foundation (CMI-FAC) is an outpatient clinic located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City which offers high quality medical services to foreigners, French and Vietnamese nationals.

All of CMI’s profits are dedicated to the Children’s Solidarity Fund that pays for destitute Vietnamese children to have cardiac surgery at The Heart Institute of HCMC.

The objective of CMI is to be recognized as the most professional and efficient-at-all-levels international medical clinic in Ho Chi Minh City that will best meet the expectations of patients.

CMI-FAC is looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager, who will be in charge of the internal and external communication of the clinic’s activities and events, especially the organization of the Heart Institute Charity Gala.

Main activities
Strategic Marketing

Conduct regular patient satisfaction survey to identify areas for improvement

Conduct statistical study of CMI patients

Give oversights and make recommendations to CMI management

External Communication of the CMI

Build and follow up communication plan and budget

Conduct media communication regarding the activities of the clinic

To produce medical article together with practitioners

Write news feed on social media channels and website (community manager)

Email to patients

Organize and follow up clinic events: babygroup, First Aid training, open door etc.

Monitor corporate contracts with companies (medical visits)

Take care of the relationship with other partner associations

Create communication media


External Communication of the Heart Institute and the Alain Carpentier Foundation

Communicate about the activities of the Heart Institute

Write articles about the poor children who have been operated

Call for donations and follow-up

Write news feed on social media channels and website of the Heart Institute in the future (community manager)

Organize and manage visits to the Heart Institute


Internal Communication

Prepare and deliver various announcements to the team

Organize internal events

Manage internal team

Welcome new practitioners


Organize the Charity Gala

Take care of current sponsors and look for new sponsors

Implement communication strategy for the gala

Organize the gala together with event organization agency, design agency and current sponsors

Manage the website of the Charity Gala


Technical competences and soft skills

Have 3-5 year-experience in marketing - communication

Have knowledge how to operate with digital marketing levers

Good writing skill

Autonomous, creative, interested in the medical and humanitarian environment, able to work with various interlocutors, versatile, open and comfortable express oneself in oral

Fluent at both English and French, to be able to understand Vietnamese is an important asset

Mastery of the office package and CRM software

Diploma required

Diploma in Marketing and Communication. mastery of designing software is a plus

Team Leader

Centre Medical International (CMI) is an outpatient clinic fully equipped to provide international standard comprehensive and specialised medical services. All the physicians are French or Vietnamese.

All of CMI’s profits are dedicated to the Children’s Solidarity Fund that pays for destitute Vietnamese children to have cardiac surgery at The Heart Institute of HCMC.


Objective of our clinic is to be recognized as the most professional international medical clinic in Ho Chi Minh, the nearest to the expectations of its patients and more effective at all levels.

We are looking for our Team Leader. As a key contact for patients, practitioners and management, you are actively involved in achieving this goal.

Main activities
Management of the administrative team

Management of the administrative team: medical secretaries, cashiers, couriers, guards, etc.

Management of employees and practitioners schedules

Management of administrative team replacements (in the case of paid holidays, sick leave, etc.)

Supervision of the cashier on the follow-up of patient outstanding payment

Training of new administrative employees and continuing education of employees and practitioners

Quality Manager

Improvement of the procedures of the secretariat, the pharmacy, the infirmary, the laboratory, the hygiene etc. (in partnership with a Quality Assistant)

Implementation of an internal audit plan

Management and monitoring of dissatisfaction of patients and practitioners

Supervision of suppliers and follow-up in case of dissatisfaction: hygiene, water, electricity, photocopiers, air conditioners, suppliers of medical devices, etc.

Responsible for the physical reception of the CMI (business card, magazines, TV, etc.)

Responsible for archiving

Follow-up of maintenance and repairs

Liaison with insurance in case of disagreements

Tracking anomalies in the computer system

Active participation in the implementation of a new information system


Technical and relational skills

10 years experience in medical secretariat - team management

Bilingual (Vietnamese-French) or Trilingual (Vietnamese-French-English)

Control of the pack office

Rigor and ability to work with colleagues to obtain the necessary information

Great professional conscience

Persistence and rigor in case tracking and problem solving




Required diploma

Training in Medical Secretary & Management
